Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions I hear most. Don’t see yours? Ask me anything.
How do I start an order?
Fill out the order form with what you’d like made and the garments you have. I’ll reply with a quote and timeline, and we'll solidify the design together.
How long does it take?
Most orders take 2 to 3 weeks once I have your garments and your approved design(s). Quilts take longer, usually 4 to 6 weeks depending on the design. Busy seasons can take longer, and I’ll let you know right away about any delays. If you have a due date, please let me know. I will do my best to accommodate.
How many garments do I need?
It depends on the piece. One adult shirt or 3 baby onesies usually make a bear, and a throw quilt takes about 20 t-shirts. Tell me what you have and I’ll tell you what’s possible. If you want a patchwork look, feel free to add more!
Can you work with delicate or stained clothing?
Often, yes. I’ll look at each item when it arrives and tell you before I start if something is too fragile. Some stains and wear can’t be removed, and they become part of the story. Please send only laundered items, so the fabric is clean and ready to cut.
How do I get my garments to you?
You can ship them to me or drop them off locally in Highlands Ranch, CO. I recommend tracked shipping.
Will I get my leftover fabric back?
If you’d like it back, just ask. I can return any unused fabric with your finished piece.
Do you share photos of my keepsake?
Only with your permission. I never share identifying details.
Where are you located?
I am in Highlands Ranch, CO, just south of Denver. Message me to arrange local drop-off or pick-up. If you are mailing your fabrics, I will send you the shipping address after receiving the deposit.

What customers say
“[My daughter] was obsessed with ducks when she was little, so I knew I wanted a memory duck. Miranda worked so hard to make sure it was exactly what I wanted, and the little details she included made it even more special. She even incorporated part of a personalized onesie she had made for [my newborn]!”
